Independent Legal Resource

About ClaimWorthy

We built ClaimWorthy because navigating the legal landscape is genuinely confusing—and too many people with valid claims never pursue them because they don't know where to start.

Our Mission

Helping People Understand If They Have a Legitimate Legal Claim

Every year, millions of Americans are harmed by defective products, dangerous drugs, and toxic chemicals. Many of them don't know a lawsuit exists. Many who do know feel overwhelmed by the legal system and don't know where to turn.

ClaimWorthy exists to close that gap. We are an independent educational resource—not a law firm—that tracks active mass tort and class action lawsuits, explains eligibility requirements in plain language, and connects qualified individuals with experienced attorneys at no cost to them.

Our goal is simple: give you the information you need to make an informed decision about whether pursuing a legal claim is right for you. No pressure, no hype, no obligation.

How It Works

Three Steps to Understanding Your Options

We've designed a straightforward process so you can get answers quickly, without navigating a confusing legal labyrinth.

1

Check Your Eligibility

Use our free eligibility tool to see if your situation matches the criteria for an active lawsuit. Each tort has specific requirements—exposure type, diagnosis, dates, and more. We walk you through what applies to your case in plain English, not legalese.

2

Speak with a Legal Advocate

If your situation looks like a potential match, we connect you with a licensed attorney who specializes in that specific lawsuit. The consultation is completely free and confidential. The attorney will ask a few questions to evaluate whether you have a viable claim.

3

Decide What's Right for You

You are under no obligation to move forward. If the attorney believes you have a strong case and you decide to proceed, they work on contingency—meaning you pay nothing unless you win. Attorney fees (typically 33–40%) come out of any settlement or award.

Transparency

How We Make Money

We believe in being upfront about our business model.

ClaimWorthy earns a referral fee when we connect a qualified individual with a participating attorney. This fee is paid by the attorney or their firm—never by you. There is no cost to the consumer, ever, regardless of whether you ultimately pursue a claim.

This is a common and legally recognized arrangement in the legal marketing industry. Attorneys compensate us for the cost of identifying and educating potential clients—it's similar to how a comparison website for insurance or mortgages operates.

Our referral arrangement does not influence the information we publish. We do not promote lawsuits we believe are meritless, and we do not present eligibility requirements in a misleading way to inflate referral volume. Our reputation depends on matching qualified individuals with legitimate claims—not on generating low-quality leads.

If you have questions about our business model or want to verify our practices, you can reach us at privacy@claimworthy.com.

Editorial Standards

How We Research and Publish Information

We take our responsibility as an information source seriously. Here is how we approach the content on this site.

Fact-Based, Not Hype-Driven

We report settlement ranges, affected populations, and eligibility requirements based on publicly available court filings, government reports, and verified news sources. We do not inflate settlement estimates or make guarantees about outcomes.

Regularly Updated

Mass tort litigation evolves quickly. We update our lawsuit pages when eligibility criteria change, when settlements are announced, or when new scientific evidence emerges. Outdated information can harm people—we take that seriously.

Clear About What We Are (and Aren't)

ClaimWorthy is not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice. We are a consumer education resource. We make this clear throughout the site because confusing information resources with legal counsel is a real problem in this industry.

Your Data is Protected

We collect only the information necessary to evaluate your eligibility and connect you with an attorney. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Attorney Partners

For Attorneys

ClaimWorthy works with a select group of mass tort law firms to connect them with qualified plaintiffs. We are not a case mill. We focus on quality over volume—matching attorneys with individuals who meet the specific criteria of their active dockets.

Interested in Receiving Qualified Referrals?

If your firm is actively litigating mass tort cases and would like to discuss a referral partnership, we'd like to hear from you. We work with firms on a performance basis and are selective about the lawsuits we promote.
